My Story
In June of 2016, I discovered my new favorite lipstick, LipSense. I loved to try new makeup and experiment, and this product was truly something that was exciting to me!
I had had a couple of tragic, exciting and crazy months before this time. I lost 2 of my siblings within 5 months of each other, all while pregnant with my daughter. During these losses, I was also trying to work full time to save for a house, and I was sad because I hated being away from my son in daycare. I knew I needed a change in my life, I just had no idea what that change would be.
After trying LipSense, I was introduced to the business opportunity and was immediately excited! I knew this was something I could do, and would have fun doing. I had no previous experience in direct sales, but I knew that with hard work I could learn what I needed to know about running a business.
I worked very hard to grow my business and teach other women about these products! This hard work was able to earn my family and I a new car through the SeneCar program, I earned a free trip to Costa Rica for my husband and I, and a free trip to Disney World for my son and I. I kept pushing myself and in a little over a year, I had build a million dollar business!
I am a shy, introverted person, that just wanted more for myself. I wanted to stay at home with my kids, but also help provide for them. Senegence was my answer, and it has been empowering to be a part of! I never in a million years thought I would be confident enough to own my own business, as well as mentor hundreds of women, but I have found that by stepping out of my comfort zone, I’m able to grow into the woman I’m meant to become!
