I’m really excited about this post ya’ll!
I feel like a lot of fashion bloggers don’t really talk about fitness clothes, and I have no idea why! There are so many cute options for us girls out there when it comes to workout clothes! My workout clothes are almost a motivation to go workout for me sometimes haha! Today I thought I’d share with you my go-to workout outfits for the different activities that I do. What does your fitness style involve? Enjoy!
Light Activity Outfit

For activties like yoga, at-home workouts, or walks on the trail by my house, I usually opt for slim-fit sweat pants, a t-shirt or light sweatshirt, and my Nike walking shoes. I also love to wear cropped yoga pants for these activities as well. I just love how cute these slim-fit sweat pants are and they feel perfect for the workouts that don’t involve a ton of sweat. They are also very easy to move around in!
Moderate Activity Outfit

This is honestly my favorite combination out of the 3! I am obsessed with Nike running leggings…they don’t rub you at all while you’re working out and they are very breathable, which I love (I over-heat very easily!). I usually like to wear this combination to the gym whether I’m lifting weights or spending some time on the elliptical. I do also like to wear these leggings running as well, but usually with a sweatshirt or longer tunic shirt. And who doesn’t need some bright, pink Nike running shoes!
High Intensity Activity

For my high intensity workouts I love my Nike running shorts! They are so comfortable and they don’t ride up…because that is literally the most annoying thing that can happen during a work out, am I right!?! I also love the slim-fit Nike jackets with thumb holes. They feel really nice while I run, and they don’t rub, which is important. And of course I have my music blaring to keep me going!
