If you’re like me, then you LOVE making Smores by a campfire. It’s one of the things that I look forward to whenever I’m in the mountains! It’s a fun tradition that’s perfect for all ages!
For me, it’s not always convenient to go outside, start a little campfire, and roast marshmallows. Today I wanted to share with you a fun variation of smores that you can not only make inside your home, but it takes only 10 minutes!
Ingredients
- Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
- Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bars
- Honey Maid Graham Crackers
- Hersey’s Milk Chocolate Morsels (you can also grab dark chocolate and white chocolate for this! Yum!)
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Once the oven is preheated, place your Graham crackers on a cookie sheet (broken into squares). Next place your marshmallows on top. Place the cookie sheet in the oven for about 5 minutes to let the marshmallows melt and become soft. Once the marshmallows are soft, place chocolate squares on top of the marshmallows and allow the chocolate to melt onto the marshmallows (it should only take 1 minute to have the chocolate melt). Once the chocolate is melted, take the cookie sheet out of the oven and place another graham cracker square on top and squish it to make a smore!
Step 2
To melt the chocolate for your drizzle, place a saucepan filled with water on the stove. Let the water boil, and once it’s boiling, place a metal bowl on top of the pot. Then pour your chocolate into the metal bowl. This allows the chocolate to melt without it clumping up.
Once the chocolate is melted, grab a spoon and scoop up some chocolate. Slowly drizzle chocolate over your Smores for a fancy, easy treat! You can also dip your Smores into chocolate and add fun things like sprinkles, chopped nuts or anything you would like! This snack looks like it took you a long time, so that’s the beauty of it! It’s the perfect easy solution for summertime or fun any fun weeknight meals, get-togethers, BBQs, and parties!
See how easy that was! You don’t always need a campfire to make delicious Smores! So do yourself a favor, head to Walmart, pick up these ingredients, and let’s make Smores tonight!
Oh my goodness, yum!
